Planet Logo has drawn up this policy so that you can better understand how we use it and protect your data. It is represented in a way to avoid convolution thus, to help you better understand what purposes and information are held herein. We ask that you read it through and take note accordingly.

You have the right to express concerns and ask for data to be removed, other than that as determined by the ATO to allow their criteria for the 1999 GST act, and to allow general provision of tax enforcement.

(1) Enquiries from clients are treated under the said acts, in order to provide business advisory services, business activities, of which sales of our products and services can eventuate. Namely your preferences to conduct communication between you/any third parties acting on your behalf towards and with our said service criteria.

(2) After we have utilised your information, we will not share it with any third party, other than for Australian governance permitted by law, or by allowable consent from a third party. Sensitive information will be treated with the due care and attention expected and should our client choose to share with us, personal data such as religious belief, sexual orientation, political opinions, exterior membership criteria, health information and any other beliefs they see fit for the purposes of our services, we will not store anything, other than which may be incorporated accordingly within a design.  

(3) We may use your information for marketing purposes. You may have chosen to supply your details via our subscription channels. You may opt out at any time should you receive any marketing from us, and either unsubscribe from material sent out by us and/or inform us via email, the APO or telephone that you do not wish to be included.

(4) We are very customer focused and accept that you have the right to complain. Should this be the case, you may send us the relevant information at your discretion. If after reviewing your complaint, we may share it with either our accountant, our lawyer or any other professional institution deemed fit for purpose.
